STRATIS was delighted to be a participant in the 10th AUTOMOTIVE HUNGARY / MACHTECH / INDUSTRY DAYS International Suppliers' Exhibition at HUNGEXPO in May 2022. The exhibition was held in the spirit of the fourth industrial revolution. AUTOMOTIVE has always been committed to showcasing the latest technologies and trends. One of the key messages of this year's AUTOMOTIVE exhibition was that manufacturing companies have come to recognise that they can gain a competitive advantage by consciously exploiting the data assets they have accumulated over the years. STRATIS' more than 20 years of experience and its outstanding experts can support you in this.

It was an incredible experience to present STRATIS' Industry 4.0 services, our values, and data-driven solutions that increase the efficiency of manufacturing companies to nearly 15,000 visitors. The machines on display were equipped with data loggers-recorders and sensors, and the quantity and quality of the data they deliver are as important as their accuracy and reliability. For those who did not meet us at the exhibition, hereunder we briefly outline the opportunities ahead:

  • Efficiency improvement: OEE is one of the most important indicators in manufacturing. Our solutions support PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE, as well as ensure follow-up (TRACEABILITY) in the production of parts to improve the efficiency of our partners.

  • Quality assurance: We presented our computer vision and artificial intelligence-based quality control solution. This is an efficient solution where the objective is 100% quality control of a large number/volume of parts subject to short cycle times.

  • Supply chain management: Shortages and rising raw material prices have made it extremely important to manage supply chains efficiently. Most companies are currently trying to manage the situation by increasing inventories and stock levels. This in turn ties up expensive working capital and is often excessive or exaggerated. Andor Havasi has been involved in several IT system implementation projects as a senior consultant at Stratis since 2007, as well as in IT organization and process design. Afterwards, his activities focused on the management of Stratis' solution delivery projects such as the implementation of the HungaroControl financial, controlling, HR and technical data warehouse and the creation of the MOL retail data warehouse. From 2020, he supported Stratis's work for several years with the professional planning, supervision and project management of BI projects, until he became the Director of the Analytics business unit, responsible for the management and further development of the data management area.

Gáspár Sándor has been leading Stratis' artificial intelligence division since 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience in data science.
