A.N.I.T.A. - AI-Powered Search for Enterprises
Business problem
Employees face the challenge of navigating through different corporate documents and accessing information accurately and instantly. Searching documents can often be difficult due to dispersed storage or image (scanned) formats. ChatGPT has already shown that artificial intelligence can provide answers to our questions from a knowledge base, but at different levels of data security and cost structure.
Solution
With the help of ANITA, our AI assistant, your colleagues can efficiently access the information they need from the corporate knowledge base.
Thanks to its artificial intelligence:
interprets the question asked;
retrieves the relevant answer from the documents it has been taught;
displays the document part containing the answer.
It returns results that are more accurate than keyword-based searches without being hallucinatory. It doesn't require your documents to be uploaded to the cloud to work, and costs nothing to use.
Business benefits
ANITA saves time for your colleagues who can focus on productive tasks, increasing their efficiency. ANITA does all this by developing its skills quickly and flexibly thanks to its artificial intelligence, which is constantly learning from the corporate knowledge base.
The benefits of ANITA:
Increased efficiency
Reduced bureaucracy
Lower training costs
Improved employee experience
Test it live!
In the demo below you can test live an AI-powered search in a Knowledge Base which is designed using the above features (categorization, entity retrieval, smart search).
The Knowledge Base has been populated with a few hundred freely chosen articles on the following topics:
Hungarian Olympic team results at the Tokyo Olympics
Healthcare
Hungarian Highway Code
In the Knowledge Base tab, you will also find some sample questions in the drop-down menu to test the system, but you can also enter your own question in the search box. A.N.I.T.A is still learning, so some questions may not be answered accurately. In addition, you can upload your own documents to the interface (you can then give us permission to store the uploaded document in our system in a pop-up window, which will be used to fine-tune the demo later). The system will try to classify your uploaded documents into one of the 3 categories above, but you also have the option to add a new label for other topics.
