We participate in taking action to control COVID-19

We work with full throttle - from home office! The health of our employees is our top priority, so since mid-March, we have worked in a home office arrangement and have postponed all our company events until May.

We are constantly monitoring the latest breaking news and our management will decide on any potential further action accordingly. However, work has not stopped, and we are keeping our clients informed and working on our projects with the same dedication and efficiency as ever - except that we are now available online instead of in person as before.

Artificial intelligence to fight the coronavirus

As a member of the Artificial Intelligence Coalition, our experts are also actively involved in the MI Corona action group set up by the organisation. In the Crisis Management Committee, our Data Science team offered our proprietary AI solution alongside ideas gathered within Stratis to help fight the coronavirus more efficiently.

A.N.I.T.A., Stratis' product for automating customer service, can help speed up the processing of incoming messages - in any language - by categorising, prioritising mail and automatically responding to them. Given the urgency of the situation, our colleagues can have A.N.I.T.A. up and running within 1-2 weeks, as a new virtual customer service assistant for central organisations fighting the virus. We are constantly looking for opportunities to contribute to the effort to harness the epidemic through our professional activities!

Joining forces for digital education

As much as we can, we are working on several fronts to support the fight against the coronavirus. The Presidency of the ICT Association of Hungary (IVSZ) inquired its 400 or so member companies and digital economy players to consider how they can contribute and cooperate (via tools, services, expertise, etc.) to ensure the continuity of education. As a member company of the Association, we have contributed with tangible assets, donating and handing over 8 pcs of laptops to support digital education in the extraordinary situation caused by the epidemic. Some of our colleagues had previously lectured in higher education institutions, and as education has always been a passion of ours, there was no question whether or not to support this good cause.

Foundation support for immediate help

We supported the Foundation for Patients, Doctors and Employees of the Szent László and Szent István Hospitals located in Budapest with HUF 500,000 donations each. The Foundation is in permanent contact with the hospitals and they decide daily how to group the donations received, so they can react quickly to changing circumstances and help is directed to the best place!
