Online registration in primary schools
As a significant milestone in the multi-billion budgeted operational development of the Klebelsberg Centre which started last year, the new management and HR system was launched on January 2nd 2019, and the first payroll was successfully accounted at the end of January with its aid.

The second major step took place on February 28th 2019 with the launch of electronic administration in nearly 4,000 public education institutions. Thanks to this, certificates of absence, group swaps, and school non-attendance permissions can be submitted electronically (18 types of cases in total).
As of April 2019, parents will also be able to choose the option to complete their child's primary school registration form online, either by registering on the Public Education Registration and Study Core System (KRÉTA) interface or the https://eugyintezes.e-kreta.hu website, and filling in the data from home. The next step will soon be to enable parents and teachers to contact each other, and to manage their education-related finances online (e.g. payment of dues and tuition fees).
We are involved in the project in the capacity of quality assurance and data quality improvement responsibles. We sincerely believe that the overall development project and its ever-expanding features will be of great help to parents!
