Bitport asked Zoltán Komáromi, head of IDC, Tamás Laufer, president of IVSZ (ICT Association of Hungary) and our partner Zsolt Nagy on Hungarian IT market trends in 2012. All the three experts are cautious in their expectations for this year; the facilitation of using EU funds and the state taking a stronger role were mentioned as possible sources of market invigoration. Zsolt Nagy highlighted the opportunity of building state-provided financial and telecommunication services. The provision of such services in a cost-effective way and at the necessary service level constitute high IT-intensity tasks, creating a point of upswing for the IT industry. Postgraduate IT Manager Course at Corvinus University |

A practice-oriented postgraduate programme titled ‘IT Manager (Infoman)’ was launched again in the 2011/12 academic year at Budapest Corvinus University. The aim of the programme is to introduce the principles of successful IT management to graduate students (who already have work experience).
Miklós Juhász, partner was invited as guest lecturer for the fourth time to teach a course on IT management at large enterprises.
